Mushroom is a very delicious mushroom vegetables, very popular in our country. There are also many people in China now planting mushrooms on a large scale. The cultivation method of mushrooms is very different from ordinary vegetables. The management of mushroom during the fruiting period is very important. If it is not well managed, the quality and yield of mushroom will be greatly affected. Then the following small series will bring you the management method after mushroom production. Let's take a look together!

1. Temperature difference between day and night

The management of mushrooms after fruiting is very important, because under normal sowing time, fruiting period will usually be in late autumn. Temperatures have gradually dropped in late autumn, especially at night when temperatures drop sharply. Therefore, we should pay attention to the temperature difference between day and night after mushroom, cover the plastic film during the day, and ensure that the temperature inside the film is higher than the temperature outside the film. Then at night, the mulch film is uncovered at a timely time, and the temperature is lowered, which is beneficial to the formation of mushroom buds.

2. Control humidity

After the mushroom turns color successfully, the humidity of about 84% should be ensured in the early stage, and then the humidity should be reduced appropriately after the mushroom cover is gradually differentiated. In autumn, because mushrooms have a certain amount of water, they can be appropriately reduced in watering. After harvesting the first batch of mushrooms, do not water, uncover the mulch for ventilation, about 2 days after the cover. Raise the temperature to provide temperature for mycelium growth. After the mycelium appears in the collected mushroom holes, watering is carried out to promote the growth of new mushrooms.

3. Timely ventilation

Ventilation after fruiting has a great influence on the growth of mushroom. We should control the ventilation frequency according to the surrounding temperature change. When the temperature is higher than about 22 degrees, ventilation should be done at least three times a day to reduce the temperature and prevent the mushrooms from producing heat damage. If the temperature is below 16 ° C, the ventilation frequency can be reduced to 1/day. The main purpose is to ensure sufficient fresh air and suitable temperature during the growth of mushroom fruiting bodies to prevent adverse growth reactions.

4. Ensure light

Light is the key to ensure the healthy growth of mushrooms, but when providing light, do not let the sun shine directly on the mushrooms. Shading measures should be taken to ensure that the light absorbed by mushrooms is scattered light. Because shiitake mushrooms are directly exposed to direct sunlight, the impact on the growth of shiitake mushrooms is very large. Light will inhibit the growth of mushrooms, heavy will lead to the death of mushrooms, light should not be too strong, you can read books and newspapers.

5. Prevention of miscellaneous bacteria

Shiitake mushroom itself is a fungus, if not managed properly, it will be infected by other fungi and bacteria. It leads to various diseases and insect pests, rotten mushrooms, soft mushrooms and other phenomena, seriously affecting the yield. Reduce the quality of mushrooms. Therefore, after the mushroom comes out, it is necessary to spray carbendazim wettable powder and other medicaments in the mushroom room to prevent and control miscellaneous bacteria to prevent the growth of harmful mushrooms.

The above is a brief introduction to the management method after mushroom production. The resistance ability of mushroom is relatively weak, so we need to do a good job in management during the planting process. Prevent unnecessary losses and affect their own economic benefits.
