Now the technology of hatching chicks is so perfect that it can be hatched by machines. But machine hatching is not compared to natural hatching, and some aspects should be considered under control, so let's find out what to pay attention to when hatching chicks.

1. Constant temperature in the incubator

The first is indoor temperature control, which is a very important factor. In order to maintain a high hatching rate, the temperature of the hatchery should be controlled above 25 ℃, but not more than 28 ℃, and be relatively constant. All of these are to keep the eggs pregnant at a constant temperature, so as to avoid problems with the embryos due to temperature fluctuations. Therefore, the heating and heat preservation equipment of the hatchery must be improved, especially the temperature control should be regulated in time.

2. Turn the egg over

The principle of the egg turning over is very simple, that is, to make the heating area of the egg more uniform, and let the embryo be warmed evenly in all aspects. Because of the different hatching methods in different places, there should be differences when turning eggs. If it is an automatic machine, the whole egg can be turned over every 4 times or so, once every 1.5-2 hours. If you use other hatching methods, then control it at 3 hours, and you can turn it over every 3 times.

3. Removing heat

In order to maintain the body temperature of hatching, the general temperature will be controlled at about 38 ℃. After the embryo is formed in the middle and later stages, attention should be paid to the fact that it can not be hatched at a high temperature all the time. After the embryo is formed, the egg is temperature-sensitive, so it needs to be cooled in order to prevent the egg from being overheated and unable to hatch. The cooling here means to stop heating and let it cool naturally until the temperature reaches about 33 ℃ to continue to hatch. The time begins 2 weeks after hatching, 2-3 times a day.

4. Ventilation

Ventilation is to maintain the humidity and fresh air in the hatchery. Eggs need oxygen slowly from the beginning of hatching, and it is difficult for eggs to hatch if they are sealed and not ventilated for a long time. Vents can not be directly facing the hatched eggs, and can not be in the tuyere, this is to avoid external wind affecting the hatching effect. The humidity can fluctuate at about 70%.

Hatching chicken seedlings is relatively easy now, and it doesn't have to be the same as before. So people have more time to inspect the hatchery, and farmers need to pay more attention to some details in order to hatch high-quality chicken seedlings.
