Sponsored by the Hsinchu County Cultural creation and Art Tourism Development Association, the "2018 Romantic Taiwan third-Line Creative Market". Under the guidance of the Hakka Committee and the Sanshan National Park Management Office of the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Communications, to promote cultural exchanges among students from Taiwan and Japan, it was held at 12: 11 in Shiliao Township, Emei Township, Hsinchu County. Qiu Jingchun, governor of Hsinchu Prefecture, welcomed the students from Ibaraki Prefecture in Japan, looked forward to a pleasant cultural exchange with students from six schools in Takeshi Prefecture, and presented Emei local specialty Oriental Beauty Tea.

Chang Wen-chuan, a professor at Taipei University of Science and Technology, said that through the "Romantic Taiwan third-tier creation Market," he hopes to spread Taiwan's delicious agricultural products and human feelings to Japan through school exchanges. The event was attended by about 300 teachers and students from the first High School in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan, and six schools in Taiwan: Lifuxing National Primary School in Hsinchu County, Emei National Middle School in Hsinchu County, Hsinchu World Senior Middle School, Miaoli Private Dacheng Senior High School, University of Science and Technology of China, Dahua University of Science and Technology, and Taiwan third-line characteristic shops, etc., participated in the market. The stalls include Hakka cuisine, handmade soap, persimmon dye, glass products and so on.

The Hsinchu County Cultural creation and Arts Tourism Development Association is a non-profit social organization, which aims to promote cultural creativity and the spirit of leisure and tourism, influence more people to happily participate in cultural and artistic work, and at the same time promote cultural, industrial and vocational education, and integrate resources by organizing cultural and creative bazaars and artistic performance activities.
