In the classroom, the child sat upright in a chair, staring at the red creature in front of him, turning his head, pulling out his feet and shelling, looking as if he were undergoing an operation. After a while, the child smiled and said, "look, teacher, I've peeled the shrimp!" This is the scene in the Yue Ming Primary School classroom in Ilan, not only fresh shrimp, but also seafood such as mackerel, white ribbon fish and crabs for weekly nutritious lunches.
Fish education has been paid more and more attention in China, but due to the budget of nutritious lunch, the hygiene and safety of seafood, and parents' worries about their children's eating fish bones, there is no sign of spiny and shelled seafood for nutritious lunch. In cooperation with Yue Ming Primary School, Yongsheng Ocean has launched a series of fish-eating education, serving shrimp and even crabs in a nutritious lunch. The ultimate goal is to "learn to eat a whole fish with fish bones."
