This banana chip is a source of income for many families in India, processed and exported to other countries, and many Indian vendors sell it on their heads with large baskets on the street.

On the other hand, banana-producing countries in Southeast Asia, such as the Philippines, can also see some banana processed products. However, Taiwan, which is known as the "banana kingdom", has no other banana processed products except as a fruit.

See the supermarket full of potato chips, a lot of additives, not only unhealthy, but also do not know how much bad fat they have eaten. If you choose the right oil, you can easily make delicious and healthy banana chips at home.

Materials:

Ten small green bananas

1 tablespoon salt

Turmeric powder (at will)

1. Before you begin, coat your hands with oil or wear disposable gloves, because unripe bananas will secrete sticky juice. Use a slicer to cut the bananas into 5mm (1 inch 4 inch) thick slices. The knife can also be oiled to avoid sticking.

two。 In a heavy pan, heat the oil of 1Comp3 to 180℃ (small loaves are zoomed for 15 seconds). Deep-fry a batch of banana slices in hot oil and stir at the right time. Add 1-2 minutes later a tablespoon of salt (the oil will not splash), except for the first batch to add salt, followed by an alternate batch.

3. When the banana slices are golden brown, remove and drain on a paper towel (can be mixed with turmeric powder).

4. Put the cooled banana slices in a sealed pot. If it is not completely cooled, it will be moist. It can be stored for 2 weeks, but it may need to be reheated after 10 days. Heat it in a hot pot or grill until it is crisp again.

Note: bananas must be very green and hard, because bananas in the ripening process, part of the starch decomposes into sugar, not suitable for this dish.
