After 200 days of painstaking care, the red quinoa of Grandma Tian Gui No. 1 was finally harvested on April 30, 2014, and opened for sponsorship, and all shipments will be completed before the Dragon Boat Festival. During this period, Grandma's most common question was: what is Chenopodium?

Chenopodium is a healthy grain in the whole grain diet (whole grains diet).

Chenopodium is a grain with edible leaves and seeds. Most of the general grain grains belong to the Gramineae family, but red quinoa belongs to the subfamily Chenopodiaceae, so it is called "fake grain". Quinoa is closely related to spinach. Red Chenopodium is one of the 120 annual species of Chenopodiaceae. It is called Quinoa (pronounced keen-wa) in English.

Red quinoa contains all nine essential amino acids and is regarded as "complete protein". It has more high-quality protein than any other grain and more calcium than milk. if vegetarians are worried about not eating meat and lack of protein, you can use red quinoa instead of meat and potatoes to supplement protein, because 100 grams of red quinoa has 14 grams of protein. Quinoa lysine (lysine), which contributes to tissue growth and repair, is also rich in calcium, phosphorus, iron, sodium and potassium. Because it is gluten-free, it is a healthy diet with bad stomach and diet. Red quinoa has the title of "complete protein", "mother grain" and "super grain", which shows its importance to the human body's healthy diet. If you see it as real, why not try it yourself?
