Anti-Monsanto, 524 Taiwanese housewives are not absent

On May 24, 2014, the Housewives Alliance Environmental Protection Foundation will simultaneously respond to the anti-March-Against-Monsanto campaign in 52 countries, 436 cities and up to 2 million people around the world to protest against biological plagiarism, food safety hazards and environmental pollution by the US agricultural biotech company Monsanto. It is hoped that through this transnational action, the people of Taiwan will understand the situation and demands of the international anti-basic reform movement, and they will also be alert to the genetically modified foods that can be found everywhere in daily life.

In Taipei, a press conference entitled "Anti-Monsanto, Taiwan will not be absent" will be held in the morning. At the end of the day, a parade will be held through the mansion business circle. Finally, at the Shuiyuan farmers' bazaar, a new wave of "unreformed school lunches for children" will be announced. At the same time, there will also be a "anti-GM Monsanto hand photo" activity for the public to clock in and upload.

In Taichung, activities such as "non-GM grassland picnic" and "non-GM short talk" will be held in the Citizen Square that afternoon. after that, everyone will be invited to take their own slogans and walk along Caowu Road from the square to the Hepu bazaar, which will also be matched with the Douhua teaching activities in the city, so that everyone can practice from their daily diet.

In Tainan, we will launch "GMO FREE TAINAN" online banner and big-head stickers with local characteristics, so that people who are unable to participate in live activities can expand the influence of the anti-GI Monsanto campaign through keyboard action to replace Facebook photos.
