On May 25 last year, anti-March Against Monsanto demonstrations were held around the world, with responses in 436 cities in 52 countries. Tami Monroe Canal, a housewife who launched an anti-Monsanto demonstration on Facebook, said the original intention was for her two daughters: "I think Monsanto is threatening the health, fertility and longevity of their generation, and I can't sit idly by." Please take to the streets to learn about GM food and say aloud, "I want to eat independently and refuse to be a GM white mouse."

Q: why do you want to take part in the march against GM Monsanto?

A: originally manufacturing defoliants and pesticides, they are now multinational companies promoting genetic modification. By applying for genetic modification patents, farmers are not allowed to leave seeds. At present, more than 90% of GM seeds in the United States are in Monsanto's hands. They ignore the risk of GM and dominate the direction of human food. GM seeds also cause farmers to go bankrupt and environmental and ecological disasters.

Monsanto is getting richer / richer, but all mankind has more and more choices. Farmers' incomes are getting lower and lower, and the land is becoming more and more barren. Consumers eat more and more genetically modified soybeans. To make matters worse, because pesticides and fertilizers are used more and more heavily in the production process, the pesticide residues on soybeans are getting higher and higher. As a result, Monsanto has been voted the "worst" company in the world many times since 2011.

After gathering at the passenger service center below Caowu Square and getting ready for a group photo, the most eye-catching and creative anti-Monsanto parade set out in the rain and went along Caowu Road to Jindian Green Park Road Mall.
