Introduction: in May this year, non-governmental organizations from Taiwan, Japan and South Korea gathered in Taiwan to sign a declaration on the connection of the anti-basic reform movement, hoping that in the face of the decline in food self-sufficiency, the destruction of the ecological environment and the food security crisis, they can make use of international alliances to build a symbiotic society in urban and rural areas where everyone can eat at ease.
