Invited by Burt's Bees and Moss Hamburg, Luteng has participated in the feeding program for two years in a row. I recall that when I started my business, I hoped that sprouts would make it easy for office workers who often eat out and young people with abnormal meals to enjoy nutritious and reassuring sprouts. It was only after actual promotion that I found that the main force of shopping was a group of mothers who cared about the health of their families. The food and education plan put forward by Burt's Bees is really a big test for Lvteng, but it is also a topic that needs the most attention and efforts in society: how to keep children away from the fast food of chicken and French fries and make them love to eat more and more healthy vegetables?
When diet is not only related to the health of the individual, but also to the health of the whole society and even the earth When our next generation is trained from the age of three to read ABC and how to use computers to surf the Internet, they are taught that flowers can only be watched, bees should hide away, the soil is dirty and do not touch with their hands, and plants are so far away from life that they do not know where and how they eat. Will people still care about the land where they grow food, be grateful to these farmers, and cherish these ingredients?
In the process of teaching interaction of the food and education program, Luteng also gained a lot, and the children's curiosity and creativity were obviously felt from the simple implementation. The naive and lovely response is also the most sincere. We can see that the children strive to raise their hands to answer eagerly, eagerly wait for the teacher to check whether the sprouts are good or not, raise the hair that the little boy next door ate a few alfalfa sprouts, some people like to eat sprouts and grab a handful of sprouts, and some people like to eat sprouts and show a clear picture on their faces. This is something that will not be seen in the lecture activities of the adult world. People can't help but become young and energetic with them.
Green Teng believes that every child is the future of Taiwan. By participating in the food and education program, the concept of health can sprout in the hearts of the children, hoping that in the future, like sprouts, they will become a force to change the world. I hope that when these children grow up, they can still remember this lesson, remember that healthy and delicious food does not need too much processing, and remember the beauty that natural food can bring to the body.
