If you ask your representative food in Hong Kong, what will you answer?

Perhaps many people will talk about Hong Kong-style tea and roast meat. But if you ask, where does the food come from? Maybe people will hesitate. However, even if we cannot identify the sources of these foods, we will basically assume that the food in Hong Kong is mainly supplied from overseas and that Hong Kong does not produce any ingredients. However, in the summer of 2016, we had a different idea.

During the summer vacation of this year, workers from several rural social universities in southern Taiwan, such as Xinhua, Beimen and Chimei, organized a learning trip to Hong Kong to explore places other than the mainstream impression of Hong Kong, such as fishing villages, agriculture and leftover food. in the process of itinerary planning, we discovered the unique organization of "Hong Kong products" and introduced us to two members, Mak Haoying and Pang Yiming.
