In order to understand these answers, the Department of Commerce of the Ministry of Economic Affairs held the "2018 International Forum on Food and Beverage New Generations-New South Section" at the International Conference Center of the Ministry of Communications on the afternoon of the 29th, inviting Datuk Huang Yaojia of Malaysia Global Halal Products Import and Export Association, Xu Yulin, President of Vietnam Taiwan Chamber of Commerce Federation, founder of Vietnam Mango Tree Liu Yunfei, Zhuo Jinglun, CEO of Yangqin International Enterprise Co., Ltd. and Wang Xiangzhi, Secretary General of Taiwan Cold Chain Association. We will discuss the international layout of catering brands, Malaysia expansion strategy, innovative application of Vietnamese catering, internationalization of intelligent cold chain logistics and Vietnamese entrepreneurial experience, assist catering operators to refine innovative business thinking, understand the first-hand catering business situation in the new southbound market, and prepare our catering operators for international expansion.

Li Mei, director of the Department of Commerce of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, said that Taiwan's diverse and inclusive food culture is the most important element that can highlight and attract foreign tourists to Taiwan. In addition to continuously promoting the international expansion of the food industry, the Department of Commerce of the Ministry of Economic Affairs also continues to introduce international trends and business concepts into Taiwan to enhance the business strength of Taiwan's food industry. Therefore, Michelin chefs will be invited to speak at the "2018 International Forum on New Food Generation-Michelin Chapter" on November 8. Catering industry participants are also welcome to sign up for the forum.
