1. First of all, choose the shelf cow. When buying beef cattle, you should first choose cattle with big mouth, big nostrils, eyes, long body, thick legs and powerful tail. Such cattle eat well and are healthy and disease-free. In addition, it also requires that the skin is light and elastic, the fur of the buttocks is more and more soft, and a handful of them are grasped, so that the cattle gain more meat, fatten quickly and have high economic benefits.

2. Scientific breeding. Beef cattle should be kept by special people in order to grasp the eating situation of beef cattle and whether there are any abnormal phenomena. If there are, measures can be taken as soon as possible; the feeding time should be fixed, usually three times a day, and once at night, a small amount of hay should be fed before each feeding, and then mix the material, drink water 2 hours later, and add a little salt in summer to prevent dehydration; the amount of feed should not be increased or decreased.

3. The most important thing is the environment of the barn. The barn should be kept dry to avoid dampness. Clean the barn once a day as much as possible. When the wind is strong, you can close the doors and windows and pay attention to the heat preservation in the barn to avoid affecting the growth of the cattle. Remove cow dung and urine in time to prevent excessive concentration of ammonia and affect the health of cattle. Open the window at noon when the weather is fine and ventilate to keep the barn air fresh. Drinking water should be clean and adequate, beef cattle should replenish enough water after eating, and drinking water should be clean, preferably drinking water.

4. Prevention of disease and deworming. Newly bought beef cattle should have a comprehensive inspection. Healthy beef cattle should be injected with foot-and-mouth vaccine, brucellosis vaccine, Clostridium westermani vaccine, etc., before they can be mixed in the house, and a comprehensive deworming will be carried out before they are fattened in the house.

5. let the beef cattle do the right amount of exercise. An appropriate amount of exercise every day contributes to the digestion and fattening of beef cattle and can effectively reduce the incidence of disease.

6. put out the column at the right time. When beef cattle are fattened for 2 to 3 months and weigh more than 500 kg, they should stop fattening and get out in time. Judge the time to pay attention to two points: first, the beef cattle feed intake gradually decreased, after feeding, still can not recover; second, touch the waist horn of beef cattle or hold the ear root of beef cattle with hands, when there is a sense of fat, it means that the muscle is plump, and you can get out of the fence.
