1. Choose high quality feed. Weaned piglets, especially early weaned piglets, gradually increased the proportion of plant protein feed such as soybean meal by adding plasma protein powder (including immunoglobulin), dairy products (such as whey powder, etc.) and animal protein feed (such as high quality fish meal).

2. Early replenishment. Supplementation of high quality pellet feed from 5 to 7 days after birth can promote the development of gastrointestinal tract and reduce the allergic reaction of intestine to dietary protein.

3. Reduce the level of protein in feed. After weaning, the incidence of diarrhea increased with the increase of dietary protein content, because protein is the main antigen, which can reduce the intestinal immune reaction and the degree of diarrhea.

4. Feed additives. Adding 1% citric acid, exogenous digestive enzymes (lipase and amylase) and probiotics to drinking water and feed can improve digestion and feed utilization.

5. Strengthen the management, feeding and management. Don't mutate the feed. Feeding suckling pig feed for about 10 days after weaning and gradually adapting to the new feed after the 8th day can reduce piglet diarrhea; control daily feed intake, it is better to feed at 80% of normal feed intake during weaning, and reach normal feed intake after 3 days, which can reduce piglet diarrhea; to maintain a suitable temperature, piglets should keep 20 ℃ ~ 22 ℃, which can avoid diarrhea caused by temperature changes. Maintain the appropriate humidity, maintain the humidity of the piglet house at 65%-75%; disinfect regularly, improve environmental sanitation, strengthen the ventilation of the piglet house, and ensure adequate and clean drinking water.

6. Do well the immunization and nursing of sows before and after delivery. The sows were vaccinated with Escherichia coli vaccine (K88, K99, 987p trivalent vaccine) 40 and 15 days before parturition, and red dysentery vaccine at 30 and 15 days before parturition, respectively, and 10 ml of long-acting oxytetracycline was injected 3 days before and 3 days after parturition. Sows were thoroughly washed and disinfected before entering the delivery room, and the piglets were preheated in advance, and the piglets were fed colostrum as soon as possible.

7, the use of antibiotics for prevention: adding antibiotics to supplements and open foods can prevent the occurrence of diarrhea. At present, the main antibiotics used to prevent piglet diarrhea are chlortetracycline, tylosin, bacitracin zinc, olaquindox and so on.

8. Treatment. Before the use of therapeutic drugs, drug sensitivity test should be done and sensitive drugs should be used for treatment.
