6. Deworming regularly. Piglets 2O-30 days old, the first deworming, 60-70 days old, into the second deworming, 100-110 days old, the third deworming. Sows should be dewormed once every 2 weeks before parturition, and male pigs should be dewormed 2-3 times a year. At the same time, it is necessary to dispel the body surface parasites of pigs and prevent and cure scabies.

7. Pigs with addiction are raised separately. Pigs with tail-biting addiction should be picked out in time to be raised alone, and bitten pigs should be isolated in time. The wound should be cleaned and disinfected with 0.1% potassium permanganate, coated with iodine tincture to prevent infection. Severe bites should be treated with antibiotics.

8. Treatment. Once a tail bite occurs, thickly coat the tail of the bitten pig with fish grease ointment; spray 75% alcohol into the nostrils of the whole herd, every 3 hours. Disinfect pig pens with Lysol or chlorine-containing disinfectants and spray them once a day; add appropriate amount of salt and baking soda to the feed and feed them for 3 days.
