In the process of raising sheep, sheep are often poisoned for various reasons, and reasonable detoxification methods should be adopted according to the causes of poisoning in order to have a good effect.

Sheep

1. Silage poisoning: stop feeding silage. Severe sheep take 5-10 grams of sodium carbonate and 5-10 grams of artificial salt twice a day.

2. Excessive poisoning of cereal feed: take 20-30 grams of sodium bicarbonate, 10 milliliters of alcohol and 5 tablets of dysentery, 2-3 times a day.

3. Hemlock poisoning: after eating by mistake, the sheep were restless, rumen swelled, foaming at the mouth, dysentery, muscle spasm, mostly epileptic seizures. Can take 5 grams of tannic acid or 200 milliliters of vinegar detoxification.

4. Wolf venom poisoning: werewolf venom is also called gut-breaking grass. After eating, the sheep showed abdominal pain, jumping and vomiting. There is no specific treatment. Sheep can be given an appropriate amount of vinegar detoxification.

5. Urea poisoning: characterized by mental uneasiness, muscle trembling, unstable gait, groaning on the ground, and flatulence. Urea poisoning, first of all 200-300 ml vinegar, oral sodium sulfate, magnesium sulfate, vegetable oil and other laxatives, when the gas is serious, you can carry out rumen puncture. If it is ineffective, increase the amount of vinegar to make the rumen flatulence disappear gradually.

6. Salt poisoning: manifested as thirst. Acute poisoned sheep have a lot of foam, agitation, molars and muscle tremors in their mouth. Plenty of water should be given in time, oil laxatives should be taken internally, and 10% calcium chloride or 10% calcium gluconate should be injected intravenously. Vitamin b is injected subcutaneously or intramuscularly and rehydrated.
