Recently, the planting area of lettuce in the field continues to increase. As most lettuce in the field is in the seedling stage to adult stage, good field fertilizer and water management can reduce the occurrence of lettuce diseases and insect pests to a certain extent. Therefore, it is suggested to start with several technical measures:

Lettuce management

The main results are as follows: 1. The seed of lettuce seedling should be strictly controlled, and the soil of seedling bed should be disinfected without planting lettuce before seedling can be raised. Reasonable close planting during transplanting to increase plant permeability

2. Irrigation in the field should not flood moisture and drain in time to avoid the spread of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum disease; if it is in the early stage of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum disease, chemical control should be done in time, such as Pythium, isocarbamide, ethylene sclerotiorum, etc.; plus foliar spraying of mesophyllin or copper succinate fertilizer.

3. After lettuce enters the growth, artificial weeding in the field is prohibited, so as not to damage the plant and lead to the spread of the disease; after discovering the diseased plant, pull out the diseased plant and disinfect the diseased pond with carbendazim, and treat the diseased plant and the residual leaves after harvest innocuously, and disinfect the treatment pond with chemicals when thrown into the waste vegetable leaf treatment pond, so as to reduce the source of bacteria in the field.

4. After transplanting and applying the fertilizer of seedling extraction, the roots were sprayed with allicin in time to prevent root bacterial diseases for 2 or 3 times, and morpholine copper was used to control the virus from the adult stage of lettuce.
