Cultivation techniques of Flammulina velutipes with poor quality after three crops in conventional cultivation
At present, the conventional cultivation method of Flammulina velutipes, which is widely used in various places, can harvest 3 crops a year, but the highest bioconversion rate of the culture material is only 100%, the growth period is as long as 95 days, and there are only 3 cycles a year, and the stalk of Flammulina velutipes in the third crop is short and thick, easy to open the umbrella cover, and the commodity quality is poor. According to the new cultivation technology of preparing disposable culture material according to the growth characteristics of Flammulina velutipes, the bioconversion rate is as high as 193%, the cultivation period is shortened by 40 days, and the number of Flammulina velutipes increases, the mushroom stalk increases, and the benefit is improved. The main technical points are as follows:
Flammulina velutipes
Self-made culture material: 84% of cottonseed shell, 14% of wheat bran, 1% of gypsum, 0.2% of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.25% of magnesium sulfate and 0.55% of carbendazim.
Filler disinfection: put the culture material into a wide-mouth bottle bag, and the filler should be loose and tight in order to avoid mushrooms all over the bottle and bag in the later stage. After filling, seal the bottle and bag tightly, disinfect the pot at room temperature, cook at 100 ℃ for 8 hours for 10 hours.
Suitable temperature cultivation: after cooling thoroughly, under the alcohol lamp flame in the inoculation room or inoculation box, the inoculation shovel was used to dig out the strain block from the strain bottle, move it into the cultivation bottle and bag, and then put it into the culture room for mycelium culture. The temperature of the culture room should be controlled at 22: 26 ℃, and it is forbidden to prolong the culture period at low temperature, so as to avoid mushroom emergence before the mycelium is full and affect the yield and quality of Flammulina velutipes.
Careful management: after the mycelium grows full, you should move into the mushroom farm in time, open the bottle and bag to scratch the bacteria and stimulate the mushroom production. When the buds are formed, it is necessary to do a good job in regeneration management to increase the density of mushroom buds, and then cover bags or cover newspapers to form high concentrations of carbon dioxide in bottles and bags to facilitate the growth of Flammulina velutipes.
When the mushroom grows to 4~5cm high, we should pay attention to water management. The humidity of the cultivation site should be kept at 80: 90%, the temperature should be kept at 8: 14 ℃, and the light should be covered with grass curtain or black plastic sheet. the light intensity should be blurred with normal eyesight. Flammulina velutipes can be harvested when 15~20cm is high.
