Pleurotus eryngii is a new type of mushroom newly developed in recent years. Key management techniques for mushroom emergence period of Pleurotus eryngii:

Management of Pleurotus eryngii

① temperature control: the mushroom bud rice grain size, light gray, can be carried out bag opening, mushroom management. The primordium formation was stimulated by low humidity (10-15 ℃), and then the temperature of the cultivation room was controlled at 10-18 ℃ to let the fruiting body grow and develop. It was forbidden to exceed 22 ℃ to prevent the young Pleurotus eryngii from shrinking and dying. When the temperature was lower than 10 ℃, the primordium was difficult to form, but when the temperature rose to 18 ℃, the unharvested fruiting body grew rapidly and the quality decreased; the buds stopped growing and began to atrophy; the primordium stopped differentiating; when the temperature lasted more than 18 ℃, the original fruiting body stalk and the surface tissue of the culture medium became soft, atrophied and then rotted. Therefore, in the whole management cultivation, the temperature of mushroom room should be 10-18 ℃. When cultivated in greenhouse, the cooling treatment should be combined with water spraying and ventilation when the temperature is high and the light is strong at noon. When the temperature is low in early spring or autumn and winter, close the doors and windows properly, strengthen the light at noon, and thicken the cover at night to increase the temperature in the shed. If possible, geothermal or artificial heating can be used.

② humidity control: fruiting body occurrence, growth stage, the initial mushroom room relative humidity should be about 90%, when the fruiting body development period and close to harvest, the humidity can be about 85%, which is conducive to prolong the shelf life of the fruiting body. At the same time, try not to spray water on the mushroom body, especially when the temperature rises, spray water directly on the mushroom body, easy to make the fruit body yellowing, serious, Pleurotus eryngii will also be infected with bacteria, causing decay.

③ air conditioning: poor ventilation, the fruit body is difficult to develop normally, if it meets high temperature and humidity, the fruit body is easy to rot. Therefore, the ventilation condition of mushroom room should be good.

④ control light source: the occurrence and development of Pleurotus eryngii fruit body need light, 500-1000 lux is suitable, when the temperature rises, do not let the light directly illuminate the mushroom body.

⑤ pest control: diseases and insect pests are not easy to occur at low temperature; when the temperature rises, the fruiting body is prone to diseases and insect pests, such as bacteria, Trichoderma (mainly Trichoderma viride) and mushroom flies. Strengthening ventilation and temperature control can prevent the occurrence of Pleurotus eryngii diseases and insect pests.
