Thermal insulation of Pleurotus ostreatus cultivated in winter is safe and economical.
The cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus in winter has a high success rate, and it is also a good time for people to make use of their spare time to get rich. However, when the temperature is low in winter, the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus is slow or not, and abnormal mushrooms are produced in the mushroom emergence period. Heating with coal stove will not only increase the cost, but also make the mushroom body poisoned. I have created an economical and safe biological energy preservation method from practice. The introduction is as follows:
Oyster mushroom
1. Pleurotus ostreatus should be cultivated with bag material in late autumn. When the temperature is cold, a bacterial bag with half a bag of hyphae is provided for Pleurotus ostreatus thermal insulation bag. If there is no bag material cultivation in advance, one-time heating can be carried out to cultivate bacteria.
2. When the air temperature is very low, adopt the bacterial bag password, the code is high and wide, which is convenient for temperature gathering, warming and heat preservation. Stacking method: each row of 4 into a segment, each row of 7 bags high, each row of about 50cm gap, easy to breathe. The distance between each section is 67cm, which is convenient for people to walk and manage and turn over the heap. Finally, cover 2 layers of whole plastic film.
3. The fresh bacteria bag and the heat preservation bag are stacked together. First in the low-level code 3-layer long half-bag mycelium bag, in the upper code 4 layers of newly received bacteria bag. And then covered with plastic film.
4. Check the temperature every day. The bacteria bag will generate heat in the process of bacteria. When the temperature is 27 ℃, the film should be opened to control the temperature. When the mycelium grows in the bag, take it out immediately and discharge it to the mushroom place. Then put the newly inoculated bacteria bag on the bag that is not full of bacteria, cover the film and keep warm for culture. In this way, the bags full of bacteria are taken out one after another, and the new bags are filled.
5. Take out the bag full of mycelium and transfer it to the mushroom field (indoor or shed, etc.) to discharge the mushroom. Coding method: each row of code 7 layers high, code straight anti-toppling pile, each row spacing 40cm, even code 3 rows, leaving a large spacing, and then code 3 rows, large spacing for 70cm, easy to walk management and mushroom picking, both sides, handshake on both sides. In case of low temperature, the thin bamboo pole can be carried across the whole Pleurotus ostreatus chop and covered with plastic film to keep warm. When the temperature is high, you can open the window to breathe and keep the air fresh. Other management methods follow the routine.
