Peanut is a kind of food that many people like to eat, so, do you know how peanuts grow? If you don't know, I'll teach you to plant peanuts today.

First of all, choose some fuller peanuts from the peanuts, then soak them in water for one night, and then sow them in the flowerpot.

Don't sow too much in a flowerpot, maybe three or four. Bury the seed in the soil about two or three centimeters deep, then cover it with soil, and spray it with water to moisturize it.

After that, wrap the flowerpot with a moisturizing film, which can not only protect the moisture, but also have the effect of heat preservation, avoiding the situation that the seeds do not germinate because of the low temperature.

Then, put the flowerpot in a place with plenty of light to maintain it. Be careful not to expose it to the sun, so as to avoid the occurrence of underdeveloped roots as a result of exposure.

In about a week or so, peanuts will sprout. Its plastic film can be removed, and then it can be properly watered to moisturize.

Peanut is an annual herb, it only takes more than a month from sowing to flowering, but after it blossoms, the flower can bloom for more than two months.

Conservation of peanuts is best to use loose, well-drained sandy loam, although the taste of peanuts grown in yellow and red soil is better, but it is more troublesome at the time of harvest.

In normal maintenance, to give it sufficient light, watering, do not water too much, try to follow the method of dry and thorough pouring, to avoid stagnant water. During its flowering and growth period, you can add some moisture to it appropriately.

When the peanut seedlings grow to about ten centimeters, cover it with soil for about three to five centimeters, which is very helpful for its flowering and make the peanuts bear more fruit.

After the peanut blossoms, you can properly apply some thin phosphorus and potassium fertilizer to it, pay attention to the low concentration, and avoid getting on top of the plant.

Peanut fruit harvest is also very simple, from sowing to fruit, only about three to five months, so if you like to eat peanuts, you might as well plant a pot yourself.
