Many succulent plant lovers will encounter a problem, that is, when the leaves of succulent plants are propagated and inserted, the leaves take root very slowly, or simply dry up and no longer take root. In fact, there is a simple way to use water to induce rooting.

Tools, glass bottles (wide mouth, we can eat the rest of the can), cling film (plastic film can also be used instead)

First of all, dry the leaves that need to be planted and dry them in a cool place for about two or three days. Then wrap the plastic wrap tightly around the mouth of the bottle and secure it with a rope. The bottle should be filled with water, and there is no need to add anything. The height of the water is about three or four centimeters from the mouth of the bottle.

Then gently poke a small opening with a needle or toothpick, the opening should not be too big, as long as you can put the succulent plant leaves in, the leaves should be about one centimeter away from the water surface, if the leaves are too small, you can add some water appropriately. Put the leaves in the same order, and then place the bottle in a cool and ventilated place.

After about a week, succulent plants can take root. But this kind of operation will have some sequelae, because excessive water inducement will wear out some succulent plants, and it will have some effect on the succulent plants, but it will be planted in the soil as soon as possible after taking root, and the impact is not very great.

Another thing to note is that for succulent plants that take root very easily, don't be so troublesome.
