At present, it is more popular to breed ducks in many areas, so that the farmed ducks are more delicious and have higher nutritional value, but there are a lot of problems and many problems that need to be considered in raising ducks. So how to breed ducks? Let's take a look at it with the editor.

1. Duck seedling selection

The physique of the duck seedling used for stocking must pass, at the same time, the duck seedling also has a certain size, so that it can be stocked, otherwise the loss will be great. In general, we need to choose at least half a month of duck seedlings for stocking, if we do not reach this age, then we need to breed in the farm for a period of time before stocking.

2. Stocking density

The stocking density needs to be determined according to the selected stocking area and the size and growth of duck fry. The stocking density can be appropriately sparse, but must not be too dense. In this way, the food in the stocking area can not meet the needs of ducks, and food grazing will occur. At the same time, the stocking density will pollute the environment of the stocking area. Under normal circumstances, about 25 to 35 ducks can be released in an area of one mu, and hundreds of ducks can be released at the age of 15 days.

3. Stocking area

The stocking area is mainly planned and selected according to the number of ducks, the distance from the farm and the environment of the area. in general, gardens or rice fields near the farm are selected for stocking, so that they will have enough food in the garden and human fields, and we only need a small amount of concentrate to fatten it. At the same time, fences should be set up in the stocking area to prevent ducks from escaping.

4. Stocking method

Generally, the ducks are put into the selected stocking area around 10 to 11:00 every morning, adequate drinking water should be prepared in the stocking area, and feed is put in the fixed position in the stocking area around 2 to 3 p.m. every day to supplement the nutrients they need for growth. the second is to replenish the feed after the farm in the evening. In the process of stocking, we should strengthen the management of fields and gardens to prevent natural enemies from harming them, and it is best to have special personnel to take care of them every day.

5. Points for attention

There are many points to pay attention to when stocking ducks. Here are a few examples. The first is not to choose a place far away when stocking, which is not convenient for management. The second is not to rush ducks when stocking, because ducks are very timid and easy to be frightened, which will cause some unnecessary damage. Then do not release the duck when the ground is hot, which will damage the soles of the duck's feet and cause bacterial infection. finally, do not let the duck look for food in some pesticide-sprayed areas, or it will be poisoned to death.
