We may also learn something from it: thinking about impermanence makes us cherish the present more; thinking about death makes us more able to let go. Lighten the gains and losses, so that in the face of sudden loss, will not be so lost. Maybe the influence of the outside world is too great, you are lost and out of control in your emotions, but when you have enough wisdom in your heart to allow you to recover slowly after a period of time, you still have a wonderful and great self-healing power.
Surprise without chaos is a kind of calmness.
The ancients said: "if you are humiliated but not surprised, if you are aggrieved but not disorderly, you can do almost anything." It is impossible not to be aggrieved in one's life. As Fang Yue of the Song Dynasty said in his poem, "unpleasant things are often eight or nine, but they have nothing to do with those who speak." The question is, what kind of attitude should we take in the face of grievances?
In fact, grievance is not only a test of a person, but also a test of personal ability. Didn't the ancients say: "hardships and hardships make you successful."
