In the process of orchid cultivation, the anoxic rot of orchid root is often caused by improper management, watering and fertilization. The traditional way to save the rotten roots of orchids is to turn over the pot and plant them, which is not only troublesome but also causes new damage to orchids. It is clear in practice that hydrogen peroxide can be used to save orchids with dying roots.

The specific method is: the ordinary medical hydrogen peroxide solution diluted 800Mel 1000 times and watered through the orchid basin with rotten root phenomenon, once every five days (three or four times in a row). Hydrogen peroxide in the blue basin when encountered with organic matter will decompose to produce a large number of bubbles, which are oxygen particles. The reason why Langen rotted is due to lack of oxygen in the soil. After being watered with hydrogen peroxide, these new oxygen can provide the orchid root with normal breathing; the orchid root can restore the function of absorbing water and fertilizer, and the rotten orchid root needs adequate oxygen supply during callus. The orchid bacteria symbiotic with the orchid root also need to grow in an oxygen-rich environment.

After supplying oxygen with hydrogen peroxide, the orchid needs to be properly nourished, and the orchid can be watered through with triacontanol (diluted 1000 times), which can strengthen the absorption function of the orchid root and supplement the nutrients needed for the orchid root and orchid bacteria in time. At the same time, the basin soil watered with hydrogen peroxide will become relaxed, expand and produce a large number of pores, improve the physical properties of the soil, and create favorable conditions for the growth of orchids in the future.
