Nearly a week before the annual meeting of the world's most beautiful bay, the Penghu county government is making great efforts to prepare various pre-assignments. A few days ago, the Penghu county government held a staff training of the "World's most Beautiful Bay Carnival and Organization Annual meeting" in the auditorium of the Penghu county government. more than 30 volunteers, including retired teachers, Penghu University of Science and Technology, tourism and hotel industry, were gathered to participate. County Mayor Chen Guangfu specially went to cheer for the volunteers, affirmed their dedication to service, and looked forward to receiving the international friends of the Beautiful Bay Annual meeting in a friendly and cordial manner.

County Mayor Chen Guangfu said that Penghu has won the right to host the annual meeting of the most beautiful bay in the world, inviting nearly 23 countries, more than 50 Gulf cities, and 250 distinguished guests from home and abroad to gather together. This is the first annual meeting of a global semi-official organization in Penghu in 400 years. It is also the best opportunity for Penghu to promote and sell to the world. The county government combines 22 carnivals to bring the world into Penghu and enhance international visibility.

County Mayor Chen Guangfu affirmed the spirit of volunteers' dedication to the annual service of the Beautiful Bay, and pointed out that volunteers are an indispensable force in the government and non-governmental units, be they social, police, fire fighting, culture, education, tourism, and so on. Volunteers are expected to warmly welcome distinguished guests and tourists from all over the world to beautiful Penghu Bay with enthusiasm and friendly smile.

The staff of the "World's most Beautiful Bay Carnival and Organization Annual meeting" is divided into conference groups and activity groups, during which work descriptions and volunteer service standards are carried out, hoping to be fully prepared from September 27 to October 1.
