We all know that rotten leaf soil is a kind of nutrient soil formed by microbial decomposition and fermentation of plant branches and leaves in the soil, and it is also the most commonly used soil for flowerpot cultivation. Rotten leaf soil contains rich trace elements for plant growth. But sometimes we buy some inferior nutrient soil and rotten soil mixed with all kinds of chemical waste, such as plastic fragments and incineration of plastic bags. Spent money but did not play a conducive to plant growth conditions of the soil, today we will teach you a way to make rotten leaf soil at home.

How to make rotten leaf soil?

1. If there is a forest near your home, you can directly dig under the trees of the forest to get the rotten leaf soil that has been naturally decayed for many years. The best color is brown and black. This is the simplest method, which can be taken in spring and autumn. Dig home and disinfect it and use it.

2. If you are in the countryside, you can sweep the leaves together after falling leaves in autumn, and then dig a hole to bury them, which can be used the next year. Together with some plant ash that is usually used for cooking, it is an excellent nutritional soil.

3. If there is a large park near your home in the city or there is an open space around it that has been motionless for 1-2 years, you can also dig holes to collect leaves and grass branches and bury them, regardless of digging up them the next year.

4. If none of the above conditions are available, then do it at home. Find a bucket that you don't use, put in the collected leaves (needles are the best) and weeds, put a layer of soil on top of the rotten vegetable leaves (you can use the waste soil after changing the pot), and put another layer of leaves. Finally, sprinkle some water on top, seal the mouth of the bucket, and it will be cooked in the next spring and autumn.

Tips:

1. Do not put too much water at home, which will affect the nutrition of the soil.

2. Don't press it too hard, which is not conducive to maturity.
