Wild duck is now a popular special breeding project, there are many species of wild duck, but the most popular is the green-headed wild duck, it is a kind of duck living in the Reed land, like to eat fish, shrimp and shells, and so on. Now many people do not know that they will mistakenly think that they have seen mandarin ducks, so today let's take a look at what problems we need to pay attention to in raising wild ducks.

1. Site construction

Because the wild duck is a special creature that likes to hunt in the water, but the usual habitat is not in the water, so the construction of the farm needs to be comprehensively considered according to the living habits of the wild duck, not only to build the wild duck's habitat, but also to consider the pool needed by the wild duck, the second is that the wild duck has the ability to fly. Therefore, when we build the farm, we also need to consider in case they fly out, and at the same time, the water in the pool should be changed frequently, so as to ensure the water quality of the pool, and we can also make reasonable use of the pool to raise fish. Some can provide food to wild ducks, and can also get other benefits, which can be said to kill more than one stone.

2. Brooding management

The management of the breeding period of wild ducks mainly needs to pay attention to the temperature, humidity, density, light, exercise, drinking water and air circulation in the breeding room, because we do not know the physical condition of the wild ducks we have just bought, so they need to be sterilized before they can be put into the farm, and secondly, the temperature in the breeding room needs to be reasonably regulated according to the date of birth of wild ducks. The lowest temperature should not be lower than 25 degrees Celsius, and it will not return to normal temperature until a month later, and then pay attention to ventilating the breeding room and using fluorescent lamps to enhance the indoor light.

3. Nurturing management

When wild ducks grow up to a certain size, we should mainly pay attention to the feed feeding of wild ducks, because wild ducks are wild in nature, so we need to domesticate them and force them to eat a lot of food. only in this way can we promote the growth and development of wild ducks. in general, the media need to feed them at least five or six times, but don't be too full. It is easy to cause indigestion and gastroparesis.

4. Egg period management

In fact, the feeding of wild ducks during the laying period is very similar to that of domestic ducks, except that the feed is different. When wild ducks are close to laying eggs, we begin to reduce the amount of feed and concentrate feeding. Wait until the egg production is restored to the original feeding quantity, so that they have a sense of satiety, so that the laying rate of wild ducks can be improved.

5. Fattening management

In fact, the most important thing in the management of the fattening period of wild ducks is feed. After domestication during the breeding period, wild ducks have gradually developed a habit of foraging at the right time, so the main feed in this period is mainly concentrate. At the same time, it is necessary to provide sufficient water, clean the farm regularly, and carry out disinfection, and finally let them have the right amount of exercise and water bath.
