Many things in life are impossible to ask for, those that are deliberately forced cannot be obtained, and those that are not expected will often come unexpectedly. Therefore, to have a relaxed heart, everything with fate, let nature take its course, not angry, not impetuous, not excessive, not demanding, not pessimistic, not stereotyped, not flustered, not forgetful, not happy with things, not sorrowful with oneself; to follow fate is not resigned to fate, but to face life with an open-minded state of mind.

The savvy of bonsai art comes not only from talent, but also from self-cultivation brought by diligence. Bonsai art is at the highest end of the horticulture industry, involving disciplines including literature, art, botany, soil science and other aspects, a bonsai, is a three-dimensional painting, silent poetry, if it can not give people the feeling of beauty, it can only be a craftsman.

Bonsai is composed of three elements: tree, basin and several shelves, which complement each other with the main part of bonsai or the part presented on the ground. The aesthetic appreciation of bonsai must be the appreciation and evaluation of each component. The aesthetic relationship of these three parts can be illustrated by a simple example: the bucket is made up of several boards. If the length of each board is the same, the amount of water contained in the bucket depends on the length of all the boards. If there is a shorter plank, the amount of water contained in the bucket depends on the shortest plank, because no matter how much water there is, whatever the length of the shortest plank, the water will flow out from the gap caused by the short plank. So to judge the value of bonsai beauty, whether its components are beautiful or ugly or not determines the overall appreciation of bonsai. Because of its exquisite shape of plants and rocks, bonsai needs corresponding pots, several shelves, pots, furnishings and so on.

Bonsai pots are of different shapes. Tree stump bonsai mostly use purple sand basin and colored pottery basin, regardless of shape; landscape bonsai mostly use marble, white marble, bauxite or pottery shallow mouth basin, mostly rectangular and oval.

The choice of pots must be quaint and fine, such as Yixing purple sand miniature pottery pots, glazed pottery pots, and some excellent magnetic pots. Shapes can be diversified, such as circles, squares and rectangles. Fan-shaped, oval, etc., can also be equipped with shallow mouth, deep mouth, high thousand-barrel square, round-shaped basin according to planting requirements, the color of the bowl can also be diversified, such as purple sand, white, sky blue, light yellow, crimson, etc., can be quiet and harmonious, quiet and elegant, beautiful and bright, simple and dignified, in short, it should be in harmony with the plant tone and be rich in contrast and change. It not only highlights the main body of the planted plants, but also does not contradict each other. At the same time, it is also necessary to hang upside down and tilt upright cameras in the posture of trees.

Several are made of mahogany, nanmu, teak, red sandalwood, boxwood and other valuable hardwood, and can also be processed with bamboo or natural roots. The traditional forms of several planes in China can be divided into two types: the Ming style is quaint, the structure is simple, the lines are strong, and the Qing style carvings are exquisite, the lines are complex and changeable, and each has its own characteristics.
