Flesh is a plant with strong water storage performance, adapt to dry growth environment, so daily watering can not be too much, should follow the principle of "rather dry not wet", avoid ponding in the basin, once ponding occurs, flesh is easy to rot roots. In winter, water should be strictly controlled. If the soil in the basin is kept moist all the time, it is easy to cause more meat to be frozen and rot roots.

1. Treatment method of mild rotten roots

Too much watering is the main cause of fleshy rotten roots. To save fleshy roots, you need to quickly control water and ventilation, move fleshy roots to well-ventilated flower racks, and let water seep out as soon as possible. If there is no ventilation in the home, a small fan can be used to blow more meat, but the time should not be too long.

Wait until the surface of the pot soil is dry, use a flower shovel to deeply loosen the soil to see if the soil is wet. If it is still wet, continue to put it on a ventilated flower stand or blow it with a small fan until the pot soil is dry and the humidity of the pot soil has dropped to the lowest level.

2. Treatment methods for serious rotten roots

The first step is to pull out the meat, clean the roots, and remove all the moldy and rotten parts of the meat with a sterile blade.

Step 2: Apply carbendazim to the wound and dry in a cool place.

The third step is to dry the processed meat on the bottle mouth and put water below, but do not touch the roots, which can promote rooting. It is also possible to re-plant the meat in granular soil, such as red jade soil, deer marsh soil, etc.

The fourth step is to put the meat that has been planted or the bottle mouth in a cool and astigmatic place, remember not to expose it to direct sunlight, and pay attention to ventilation. If nothing unexpected, 1-3 weeks more flesh will grow roots again.

3, completely rotten root treatment method

Many kinds of succulents can be inserted into leaves. If the succulent roots are all rotted, as long as the stems are still good and the leaves are not affected, they can be cut with complete leaves. Because different succulent varieties have different rooting and budding speeds, and environmental factors such as leaf quality and temperature will also affect its rooting and budding time and success rate. Be patient when inserting leaves. Pay attention not to frequent watering. Some even cannot water, otherwise they will rot leaves. It won't take root.
