With the improvement of living standards, people also began to pursue a variety of game, in which the taste of bullfrog has been discovered and gradually accepted. So now more and more people are raising bullfrogs, but many farmers find that the mortality rate is extremely high when they manage their young frogs. In fact, this is because they do not have the correct way to manage the young frogs, so how to raise and manage the young frogs? Let's take a look at it.

1. Temperature

The young frog's body is relatively weak, the physical mechanism is not perfect, and the ability to adapt to the environment is not strong, so we must control the surrounding temperature when raising young frogs. The temperature range for young frogs to grow is 12-30 degrees, but the most suitable temperature is about 25 degrees, which should not be exceeded, otherwise the young frogs will slow down their growth rate, have a poor appetite and die in severe cases. It is possible to lower the water temperature by changing water after summer, but the temperature of the new water should not be too different from that of the original water. In winter, we should also pay attention to keeping the frogs warm and keep the temperature within the range within which the young frogs can grow.

2. Sunshade

As I just said, the young frogs are very fragile, so they are also very sensitive to the sun, so when managing the young frogs, we must build a sunshade in the young frog pond. It can be built with some forage, reeds, etc., and the awning should cover the whole pond, even much bigger. You can also plant some taller crops around the frog pond, such as towel gourd, which can not only effectively shade the pond, but also add an "extra cash" for yourself. Young frogs must not be exposed to direct sunlight when they grow. Their skin is not yet mature and will easily be burned by the sun.

3. Hygiene

The hygiene of the pond is very important. The unfinished bait should be fished out in time to prevent the young frogs from eating by mistake after the bait has gone bad for too long. Then clean the bait table and fish out the abnormal conditions and dead frogs in the pond in time to ensure the cleanliness of the pond water. Regularly use bleach to disinfect the pond, observe the changes of water quality, and change the water regularly. The cleanliness of the water quality is the basis to ensure the growth of young frogs.

4. Separate cultivation

The young frogs should be raised separately from the adult frogs, and the growth rate of the young frogs will be different in the artificial breeding environment. Therefore, the larger frogs should be fished out at any time in the young frog pond, and all the frogs should be raised separately according to the specifications, so that all the frogs in the pond are growing synchronously, and there will be no phenomenon of fast growth and slow growth. It can also ensure that there will be no bullying of the small, and even sometimes there will be big eating small, affecting the growth of young frogs.

The above is the management of young frogs when breeding bullfrogs, young frogs must be managed in place, otherwise the survival rate will be greatly reduced in the later stage. And in the management, we should also pay attention to the invasion of natural enemies and take protective measures around the pond to prevent snakes, rats and other animals from attacking young frogs. That's all for today's introduction. This article is for reference only. I hope it will be helpful to you.
