Pulmonary dysplasia belongs to deficiency of TCM endowment
There are many descriptions of pulmonary dysplasia in western medicine, such as pulmonary agenesis, pulmonary hypoplasia, pulmonary sequestration, congenital bronchopulmonary cyst, hyaline lung, congenital pulmonary arteriovenous fistula, congenital pulmonary arteriovenous abnormality and so on. Congenital diseases in the lungs, internal organs, tissues and organs are dominated by "lack of endowment" in traditional Chinese medicine. It is the result of dysplasia caused by the inherent elements and the development of maternal embryos, which is called lack of endowment in traditional Chinese medicine.
If the lungs are underdeveloped, there is no treatment at all, because they will die at birth because they cannot breathe. Even in abnormal lung development, it is difficult to survive if there is abnormal development on both sides of the lungs. Only when there is abnormal development in one side of the lung can there be time for treatment and treatment. Clinically, there are three types of abnormal lung development on one side: absence of lung, underdevelopment of one side of lung, and hypoplasia of lung.
The most common pulmonary agenesis is the complete absence of bronchus, lung and blood supply on the affected side; the most common pulmonary agenesis is that there is only a small segment of bronchial blind tube, and there is no lung tissue and blood supply on the affected side; the most common pulmonary hypoplasia is the formation of fine main bronchi on the affected side, and the lung tissue is underdeveloped, which can be limited to one lung lobe. Traditional Chinese medicine is not intuitive treatment, not for the specific abnormal situation and treatment, but with qi and blood, yin and yang harmony and other macro treatment.
All congenital abnormalities of the body are interpreted as insufficient endowments in traditional Chinese medicine, which means that they are subject to the influence of the genetic basis and the internal and external environment during embryonic development, so that in the process of fetal development, in the aspects of morphological structure, physiological function, psychological state and metabolism, form a comprehensive and relatively stable feature. If there is congenital deficiency and physical weakness, it is the lack of endowment, that is, the internal cause. Endowment can also be referred to as all the characteristics of the body.
