Last Updated: 2024/11/05, Before that, we are going to choose sour jujube seedlings with strong growth, no diseases and insect pests, and the base stem diameter is more than 0.5 cm as rootstocks. Cut strong growth, no diseases and insect pests, full bud eyes, annual Lignification branches as scions, 0.4-0.6 cm in diameter, cut off leaves and leave petioles. Cut the scion into 20-30 cm long segments and use wet sand.

Before grafting, the jujube seedlings with robust growth, no diseases and insect pests, and a basal stem diameter of more than 0.5 cm are selected as rootstocks. Clipping growth robust, no diseases and insect pests, bud eye enrichment, the year of lignification branches do scion, thick 0.4~0.6 cm, cut off leaves to leave petioles. Cut scion into 20~30 cm long segments, wrap them with wet sand or wet sacks to keep moisture and store them. Pay attention to spraying water in time. Grafting on the rootstock attached to the bud part of a cut, deep to xylem, from top to bottom open 1.5~2 cm long "T" word to form a joint. Cut the scion 0.5 cm above the full bud, 1~1.5 cm deep into the xylem. Cut scion from bottom to top at 1~1.5 cm below bud, length slightly shorter than interface on rootstock. Sticking the buds into the "T"-shaped interface of the rootstock, aligning the bud cambium with the rootstock cambium), and tying them tightly with plastic strips 0.5 cm wide. After grafting management 15~20 days after grafting, touch the petiole on the scion with your hand, and if it falls off at one touch, it is proved that it has not survived, and it should be repaired in time. In the spring of the following year, the plastic strip was removed and the rootstock was cut at 2~2.5 cm above the grafted bud to promote the survival and germination of the grafted bud.
