1. Adequate light: to help succulent plants color, adequate light must be an indispensable factor (although sufficient light can inhibit the formation of chlorophyll, it can promote the formation of anthocyanins. Anthocyanins: mainly play a role in helping plants to color). Note: by sufficient light I mean 360 degrees full-day sunshine without dead angles (meat fans who do not have this condition can consider moving succulent plants to the roof).
2. Low temperature: on the premise of not frostbite of succulent plants, keep the low temperature at night as much as possible (succulent plants will maintain their survival by secreting anthocyanins under the bad environment of low temperature and hypoxia, but the condition of hypoxia is not very realistic. Here we introduce several varieties that are not tolerant to low temperature: Ji Qiuli, Euphorbia, Lotus, etc. (if these succulent plants want to be colored, they need to live in a plastic film environment).
3. Temperature difference: the effect of temperature difference can only be achieved in areas with light and low temperature (temperature difference is also an important factor in promoting anthocyanin formation in succulent plants). Of course, meat fans with conditions at home can consider building a plastic greenhouse to enlarge the temperature difference in the indoor culture environment (the limit temperature of the temperature difference is higher than 0 °C and less than 28 °C. because the temperature of the indoor environment is not small different from that predicted by the weather forecast, meat fans had better install a thermometer inside and outside the greenhouse.
