Last Updated: 2024/11/05, A unique ingredient with antifeedant activity, artemisinin, was isolated by scientists of Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a number of artemisinins were synthesized by a new synthetic method for the first time in the world. tested by South China Agricultural University, an authoritative unit of antifeedant research in China, this kind of artificial.

Direct seeding method is often adopted in chrysanthemum planting, that is, after soil preparation and fertilization, the border surface is first irrigated, and then mixed with fine soil to sow seeds after underwater infiltration, and finally covered with soil cover seed. However, with the increase of planting years in the greenhouse, the obstacle of continuous cropping becomes more and more serious, and the situation of rotting roots and dead seedlings generally occurs. In view of this, Anqiu vegetable farmers often take measures to deal with soil to prevent, that is, after watering the border again, they are no longer eager to sow seeds, but small water to apply carbendazim + thiram, and then sow and cover the soil after infiltration. We know that most vegetable farmers use this method, and the effect is good, but there are still some vegetable farmers who do not respond satisfactorily. Later, after our investigation, we found that the problem lies in the covered soil. For the vegetable farmers with good effect of this method, they not only selected the covered soil from the field plots that had never planted Artemisia annua, but also mixed the soil with seedlings, bacteria, enemies and other agents, in order to comprehensively prevent miscellaneous bacteria in the soil and reduce rotting roots and dead seedlings. For the vegetable farmers who are not ideal by this method, although fungicides are applied before sowing, the selection and treatment of covering soil are ignored. They made it convenient to take soil directly from the original planting plot and used it to cover the soil without soil treatment. as a result, after the chrysanthemum seedlings were unearthed, rotting roots and dead seedlings gradually occurred. Here, we suggest that vegetable farmers should prevent and control the root diseases of chrysanthemum, and do not ignore the chemical treatment of covering soil. The covering soil can be treated by mixing soil with the amount of 80-100 grams per cubic meter of soil.
