How to disinfect rice seeds

Rice seedling raising is about to begin, and seed disinfection is the key to raising rice seedlings. Ten methods of seed disinfection were introduced. First, soak rice seeds with 50% carbendazim, 50% methyl thiophanate or 50% thiram 500 times solution for 48 hours (200 grams of solution to 100 kilograms of water can soak rice seeds 60-70 kilograms), and then remove sprouting and sowing, which is effective in preventing rice evil seedling disease, and can also treat rice blast, rice hemp spot, rice seedling blight, and so on. Second, soak the seeds with a 200-fold solution of 40% strong chloroform. Soak the seeds in clear water for 12 hours, then soak them in the medicine solution for 12 hours, then rinse them with clean water, fish out and accelerate germination and sow, which can prevent rice bacterial leaf spot and rice bacterial leaf blight. Third, soak the seeds with 0.2% copper sulfate solution for 48 hours, and then fish out to accelerate germination and sow seeds, which can prevent rice evil seedling disease, rice false smut and so on. Fourth, soak the seeds with 40% formalin 500 times solution. First soak the seeds in clean water for 1-2 days (to absorb enough water without showing white), take out and dry slightly, soak them in the medicine solution for 48 hours, then remove them and rinse with clean water to accelerate germination and sow seeds. Disinfection with this method can prevent rice blast, rice evil seedling disease, rice flax spot, rice false smut and so on. Fifth, soaking seeds with 0.15% nematode solution for 48 hours, rinsing with clean water and then sprouting and sowing can prevent rice dry tip nematode disease, rice evil seedling disease and so on. 6. Soaking seeds with 2000 times solution of 10% Ye Ku Jing for 24 hours can prevent rice bacterial leaf blight, rice bacterial leaf spot and so on. Seed soaking with 0.1%-0.2% potassium permanganate solution for 24 hours can prevent a variety of fungal and bacterial seed-borne diseases. 8. Soaking seeds with 10% soaking seed Ling 500 times solution for 48 hours can prevent evil seedling disease, rice stem tip nematode disease, rice blast and so on. Soaking seeds with 2000 times solution of 25% for 72 hours can prevent rice evil seedling disease, rice flax spot and so on. 10. Take an appropriate amount of 70% carbendazim (soil fungus elimination), mix rice seeds according to 0.4%-0.7% of the amount of dry rice before sowing, dry or wet, to prevent rice seedling blight, and so on.
