1. Management of seedling stage

The management of the seedling stage is the basis of the growth of hot pepper, during the seedling period, we mainly need to control the moisture and temperature in the field. After the pepper seedlings grow out, we need to water them in time so that they can grow rapidly. Secondly, the temperature in the field should be controlled at about 15 to 20 degrees. Too low or too high temperature will affect the growth and development of pepper seedlings.

2. Growth period management

The growth period mainly refers to the stage before the pepper is planted to the pepper. At this stage, we mainly have to manage the weeds in the field as well as the problems of water and fertilizer. The pepper should be watered once after transplanting, which can improve the survival rate of the pepper. The second time is to wait until the pepper seedlings grow new roots, branches and leaves, and then carry out the second watering and weeding by ploughing and weeding when they grow to about 15 centimeters. And combined with fertilization, the fertilization is mainly urea and compound fertilizer. Of course, it can also be replaced by feces and urine water. Finally, reasonable weeding, watering, fertilization and drainage are carried out according to the living conditions of pepper seedlings, the wetness of the soil in the field and the growth of weeds.

3. Management of pepper setting period

The temperature is also slowly rising when the pepper is growing, so during this period we should do a good cooling management. In the early stage of pepper production, we only need to fertilize, water and weed according to the growth of the pepper, mainly potash fertilizer and phosphate fertilizer. By the time the pepper is in full bloom, the temperature is already very high, so in order to avoid burning out the pepper seedlings, we'd better water them twice a day, the first time before the sun rises in the morning. the second time is after the sun goes down every day. At the same time, there are many diseases and insect pests during this period, so we should do a good job in prevention and treatment management in time to ensure the yield and quality of pepper.

4. Post-management

The late management is mainly about that the bacteria after the full pepper period belong to the late management, and the amount of pepper will slowly decline after the full pepper period, but we can delay the pepper setting period through scientific field management to ensure the pepper yield to a certain extent. We can achieve this effect mainly through fertilization. During this period, we can apply some nitrogen fertilizer and spray foliar fertilizer at the same time. This can prevent the aging of pepper seedlings and promote the growth of new branches, thus increasing the amount of pepper.
