Leaves damaged, scattered white powdery mildew spots on the surface, when the climate is appropriate, the diseased leaves are covered with powdery matter, serious, yellow leaves, early fall off. Young pods are damaged, deformed, white powder on the surface, and black in the white powder later.

Mung bean is rich in nutrition, summer consumption to relieve summer heat and thirst, heat-clearing and detoxification. The stored mung beans are easy to be eaten by insects, among which mung bean curd is the most serious. Mung bean mackerel, also known as small bean bean, belongs to the family Coleoptera. The adult is only 2.5mm~3.5mm in body length, and the larva is smaller and milky white. It eats bean cloves in bean grains. The main results are as follows: (1) when a large number of mung beans are stored in chemical fumigation warehouse, some chemicals can be used to kill mung beans. Commonly used drugs are aluminum phosphide, glucoside chloride, methyl bromide, dichloroethane and so on. The dosage is calculated according to the warehouse capacity (0.4g/ cubic meters ~ 1g/ cubic meters), then heated in a lead-covered container and sealed for several hours, which can poison the bean curd in mung beans. (2) soak in boiling water to prepare a pot of boiling water and a tank of cool well water. Put a thin layer of beans in the bamboo basket, then soak the beans in boiling water, quickly stir the 0.5min~1min, immediately take out and soak in cold water to cool, and finally dry in the sun. This method can kill insects more thoroughly, and can keep the color of beans unchanged, so it can be used for processing. But it's best to do it on a sunny day. (3) when the mixed vegetable oil is stored, according to the proportion of 1kg mungbean added vegetable oil such as vegetable oil or cotton oil 5mg, the bean grains are fully mixed with the vegetable oil, so that a thin oil layer impervious to water and air will be formed on the surface of the bean grains, and the eggs and larvae will be suffocated due to lack of oxygen supply. (4) drying and storing a small amount of mung bean seeds that farmers want to store, on the basis of sun drying, put the beans away in the afternoon when the sun is strong, put them in an airtight drying container, and then cover them tightly with hot wheat bran or rice bran dried after the same heat, sealed for about 20 days. The extremely dry environment in the container can kill the larvae lurking in the bean grains. Mung beans can not be sealed and stored in plastic bags, because this kind of packaging material is airtight, the respiration of growing beans is blocked, and the germination is affected. It is best to make use of sunny days once or twice in the spring and summer of the following year. However, it should be noted that beans used for seeds or bean sprouts should not be exposed to the sun on the cement yard, iron plate and linoleum, so as not to damage the embryo.
