Disease symptoms verrucosporium disease, also known as brown rot, white rot, wet bubble disease, blister disease, the disease is caused by a pathogen called verrucosporium. Alternaria verrucosa is a kind of soil fungus. In the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus, Alternaria verrucosa is mainly introduced into the mushroom room along with the covered soil, and it usually occurs in the mushroom shed with high temperature, high humidity and poor ventilation. The temperature is above 17 ℃. Prevention and control measures: first, the mushroom shed should be managed in a pollution-free place, the mushroom shed should be strictly disinfected, the culture material must be disinfected before entering the room or at the end of cultivation, and the culture material should be fermented twice. In addition, the old infected mushroom shed should be kept for 10 hours with pasteurization for 60 ℃ before re-use, and then re-fastened after 2 days. After disinfection, the cultivation and processing facilities can be used. The sick mushroom shed can remove the diseased mushroom and clean the material surface, and the temperature of the shed can be reduced as much as possible by covering day and night. If the bacterial harm is less than 13 ℃, the bacterial bed contaminated by miscellaneous bacteria should be sterilized with 75% alcohol. Second, covering the soil strictly disinfects the soil is the living place of Alternaria verrucosa. Cover the soil can not choose topsoil, should choose a deep soil layer of less than 20 cm, after taking the soil in the hot sun for 3-5 days, use 75% alcohol sterilization. The third is to strengthen the management. once the disease occurs, we should immediately stop spraying water, increase the ventilation of the mushroom room, reduce the air relative humidity in the mushroom room, lower the temperature to below 15 ℃, and remove all the diseased mushrooms. When the disease is serious, it is necessary to remove the diseased covering soil and replace the new soil to burn the diseased mushroom for disinfection.
