Pleurotus eryngii is one of the edible mushroom species developed in China in recent years, which has the advantages of short production cycle, quick effect, relatively high economic benefit and continuous expansion of planting area. However, in the production of Pleurotus eryngii, some problems often cause huge losses to mushroom farmers, so we must pay attention to it. 1. The direct cause of most bacterial bag pollution is that the sterilization is not complete. Under the conditions of suitable moisture and temperature, the miscellaneous bacteria that were not killed in the bag began to multiply, began to distribute on the bag, and then expanded into pieces. The reasons leading to incomplete sterilization: (1) when mixing the material, the culture material does not absorb water, and there is a raw heart in the material, especially in the hard culture materials such as sawdust and corncob. (2) the cold air is not exhausted in the process of sterilization, and the sterilization pot is always occupied by cold air, resulting in poor thermal circulation. (C) insufficient sterilization time, a cease-fire in the sterilization process, or excessive and tight placement of bacteria bags in the sterilizer will lead to the problem of incomplete sterilization. Second, the mycelium grows slowly (1) the weak viability of the strain can lead to the slow growth of the mycelium. Be sure to buy bacteria from large-scale and reputable units. The suitable age of the strain is 30-40 days, and the hyphae are white, dense and sturdy, indicating strong vitality. (2) the bacterial bag is too tight or the water content is too high (more than 65%). Due to the lack of sufficient oxygen in the bacterial bag, the growth rate of mycelium is inhibited. (3) if the temperature is too low, such as less than 20 ℃, poor ventilation or unsuitable pH value of the culture material (the suitable pH value is about 7), it will also cause bacteria to develop slowly.
