1. Technological process cut bag → mix → bag → sterilization → inoculation → hair bacteria → bud → mushroom production technology 1. Cut the plastic bag used for cultivating mushrooms into small segments of 30cm to 35cm long, one end is tied up with a rope to make it into a bag. Bags of 12kg and 13kg are needed per ton. 2. Raw material formula: cottonseed hull 40kg 42.5kg, wheat bran 7.5kg 10kg, gypsum 0.5kg, lime 0.5kg, water 65kg 67.5 kg. Mix the raw materials well and pile them into a pile with a height of 70 centimeters and 75 centimeters, which will be stuffed for 24 hours before bagging. 3. The material should be compacted around the bag by hand while bagging. When the material is 17-18 cm high, fold the empty bag into a bundle along the top plane of the material, press it down hard, squeeze out the air in the bag, and finally tie the mouth of the bag into a living knot with plastic rope. This kind of material bag can hold about 0.4 kg of dry material and 1 kg of wet material. The packed bags were sterilized at 100℃ for 14 hours. 4. The white and dense strains of Flammulina velutipes were selected for inoculation. The suitable ratio of strain bottle to material bag is 1 ∶ 25. Put the sterilized material bag into the inoculation box, and before putting the strain bottle into the inoculation box, wipe the outer wall of the bottle with 3% Lysol solution or 0.2% potassium permanganate solution; wipe the mouth of the strain bottle with 70% alcohol cotton ball before inoculation. Then insert the bacteria into the material bag according to proportion. When inoculating, the bacteria should be sprinkled on the surface of the bag as far as possible. Finally, put the aerosol box into airtight fumigation for 20 minutes to sterilize. After receiving 1 bottle of bacteria, the tools used for seed must be sterilized once to avoid cross-infection. 5. temperature and humidity control mushroom shed should be ventilated before use. 10 ml formaldehyde and 8 grams of potassium permanganate were used to smoke the shed for 24 hours per cubic meter before excretion of bacteria, and then open the vents for ventilation. After the bacterial bags are arranged, be sure to keep the mushroom shed ventilated and dry. In the germicidal stage, the greenhouse temperature is controlled at 20-25 ℃ and is often ventilated; when the greenhouse temperature is lower than 16 ℃, it can be opened during the day and closed at night. The humidity is generally controlled at about 65%. In the budding stage, the greenhouse temperature is controlled at 13-20 ℃, the humidity increases to about 85%, and the scattered light is given by micro-ventilation. During the mushroom emergence stage, the greenhouse temperature is controlled at 6: 8 ℃, and the humidity is maintained at 80% to 85%. It is not ventilated, resulting in a dark environment. 6. In order to prevent insect pests, we should pay attention to pest control. In addition to installing screen windows at ventilation openings, we should also continuously spray 1000 times of dichlorvos around the ground in the shed.
