A New method of efficient cultivation of Flammulina velutipes
At present, the commonly used cultivation method of Flammulina velutipes, although three crops of mushrooms can be harvested in a year, the growth period is as long as 95 days, and there are only three cultivation cycles in a year, and the stalk of the third crop is short and thick, easy to open the umbrella cover, and the commercial quality is poor. According to the new cultivation technology of preparing disposable culture material according to the growth characteristics of Flammulina velutipes, the bioconversion rate is as high as 193%, the cultivation period is shortened by 40 days, and the number of Flammulina velutipes increases, the stalk increases, and the economic benefit is increased by about 80%. The main technical points are as follows: 1. Self-made culture material. 84% cottonseed hull, 14% wheat bran, 1% gypsum, 0.2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.25% magnesium sulfate and 0.55% carbendazim were mixed evenly and mixed well with water according to the feed-water ratio of 1 ∶ 1.3 to form the culture material. 2. Filler disinfection. When the culture material is put into a wide-mouth bottle (bag), the packing must be loose and tight in order to effectively avoid the phenomenon of mushrooms all over the bottle (bag) in the later stage. After filling, seal the bottle (bag) tightly, put it into a regular pot for disinfection, and cook at 100 ℃ for 10 hours. 3. Suitable temperature cultivation. After cooling thoroughly, under the alcohol lamp flame in the inoculation room or inoculation box, the inoculation shovel was used to dig out the strain block from the strain bottle and move it into the cultivation bottle (bag), and then put it into the culture room for mycelium culture. The temperature of the culture room must be controlled at 22: 26 ℃, and it is strictly forbidden to prolong the culture period at low temperature, so as to avoid mushroom emergence before the mycelium is full, affecting the yield and quality. 4. Careful management. After the mycelium grows full, it should be moved into the mushroom farm in time, open the bottle (bag) to scratch the bacteria and stimulate the mushroom production. When the buds are formed, it is necessary to do a good job in regeneration management to increase the density of mushroom buds, and then cover the bag or cover the newspaper to form a high concentration of carbon dioxide microclimate in the bottle (bag), which is conducive to the growth of Flammulina velutipes. When the mushroom grows to 5cm high, special attention should be paid to water management. The humidity of the cultivation site should be kept at 80% Murray 90%, the temperature should be kept at 8Mel 14 ℃, and the cultivation site should be covered with straw curtain or black plastic sheet. the light intensity should be blurred by normal eyesight. Mushrooms can be harvested when they grow up to 15 mi 20 cm high.

Control methods of root rot of Flammulina velutipes
The basic rot of Flammulina velutipes is also called root rot, which mostly occurs in Flammulina velutipes cultivated with raw materials, but it is also common in clinker cultivation and bottle cultivation in recent years, and the harm is more serious. Symptoms: in the early stage of the disease, waterlogged spots occurred at the base of the stalk, which gradually expanded and deepened with the development of the disease.

The waste of Flammulina velutipes growing straw mushroom
In the cultivation and management of Flammulina velutipes, because it is not suitable to spray water directly into the fruiting body and material during the mushroom emergence period, there is a serious shortage of water in the culture material after harvesting Erchao mushroom, so it is difficult to produce mushroom again, so the mushroom farmer gives up management, resulting in a low yield and a bioconversion rate of only about 130%. The water content in the material of Flammulina velutipes is related to the yield and quality.
