Cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii with high yield in winter and spring
The cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii in winter and spring is not only easy to have high yield, but also the mushroom meat is thick, tender, delicious and nutritious, so it is welcomed by consumers. The main techniques for high yield cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii in winter and spring are as follows: first, the cultivation time is about 50 ~ 60 days from sowing to mushroom production. Generally, bagging cultivation can be arranged from October of that year to February of the following year, and mushrooms can be produced from November of that year to March of the following year. It can be cultivated indoors or in an outdoor greenhouse. Second, culture material formula 1: cottonseed hull 60% 70%, wheat bran 15% 20%, cottonseed powder 10% 15%, sugar 1%, calcium carbonate 1%. Formula 2: mixed sawdust 68% 75%, wheat bran 10% 20%, cottonseed powder 10% 20%, sugar 1%, calcium carbonate 1%. Formula 3: miscellaneous sawdust 30% 35%, cottonseed hull 30% 35%, cottonseed powder 10% 35%, sugar 1%, calcium carbonate 1%, wheat bran 10% 20%. Third, choose the above method for making bags with ingredients, mix the raw materials well after adjusting water, and the water content is about 60%. Then put it into a polypropylene plastic bag with a size of 15cm × 30cm. The loading is tight and loose, the loading volume accounts for 60% of the bag, and the middle hole goes deep into the material by 1/3. The mouth of the bag is stuffed with cotton rings and sterilized under high pressure of 1.5 kg per square centimeter for 2 ~ 2.5 hours. 4. When the temperature of the inoculation is below 23 ℃, put it in the inoculation box or sterile room and connect with the bacteria. 50 ~ 60 bags can be received for every 750 grams of bottled bacteria. Then the material bag was placed in a sterilized clean room for bacteria culture, the temperature was controlled at 23 ℃ ~ 25 ℃, the indoor relative humidity was controlled at about 70%, the bag was ventilated once or twice a day, and the bag could grow full in 25 ~ 35 days. Fifth, the management of the growth and development stage of Pleurotus eryngii fruiting body is the key to high yield and high quality. In the mushroom room according to the shelf type discharge of good bacteria bag, each frame 5 ~ 6 layers, layer spacing 25 cm. After the discharge, the bag is covered with newspaper. Maintain relative humidity of 80% and temperature of 15 ℃ ~ 18 ℃. Uncover the newspaper in about 15 days, spray water once or twice a day, and maintain a relative humidity of 85% and 90%. When the humidity is high in the greenhouse, the film can be removed for 30 minutes. In winter, we should also pay attention to the elimination of carbon dioxide to avoid deformed mushrooms. Sunshades should be built above the mushroom shed to prevent the mushroom body from changing in direct light. After 1 ~ 2 batches of mushrooms, the bag can be removed from the film and covered with soil 3 cm ~ 4 cm for soil covering management.

Key points of management of mushroom emergence period of Pleurotus eryngii
The growth temperature of Pleurotus eryngii was 6 ℃ ~ 25 ℃. In the range of 6 ℃ ~ 15 ℃, the growth of mushroom is slow, but the tissue of mushroom is fine and the color is beautiful, so high quality mushroom can be cultivated. Bud stage management 1. Strengthen ventilation in order to promote cap growth and inhibit stalk.

"five measures" for effective control of blackhead disease of Flammulina velutipes
Blackhead disease, also known as bacterial brown spot, is a kind of pseudomonas, belonging to the phylum and class of fission bacteria. The bacteria were rod-shaped, forming white colonies and negative for Gram staining. 1. The internal cause of the disease is the non-resistance of the variety, and the external cause is high temperature, high humidity or unclean spraying.
