The difference between Hainan Pudao and Yangpu Peach

I. difference between leaves

Hainan Putao leaves are leathery, broadly elliptic or narrowly elliptic, about 6 to 12 cm long and 3.5 to 7 cm wide. The apex of the leaf is obtuse, has a short tip, and the base is broadly cuneate and vaguely round.

The leaves of Yangpu peach are thinly leathery, oval or oblong, 10 to 22 cm long and 5 to 8 cm wide, the apex of the leaf is obtuse or slightly pointed, and the base becomes narrow, rounded or heart-shaped.

Second, the difference between flowers

Hainan pu peach panicle axillary or born on flower branches, occasionally terminal, up to 11 cm, flowers with short pedicels, white flowers, 3 to 5 clusters, calyx tubes to paniculate, about 4 mm long, petals 4, oval, about 2.5 mm long.

Cymose inflorescences terminal or axillary, 5 to 6 cm long, with several florets, white flowers and pedicels about 5 mm long.
