Second, making cultivation bags. The cultivation material was prepared according to the formula of crushing corn straw (0.6-0.8 cm long) 75%, corn kernels 20%, lime 3%, sucrose 1%, salt 1%. The corn stalks were dried for 2-3 days, crushed and screened, and the corn kernels were soaked in clean water for 10-12 hours. Mix the formula raw materials, mix well with water, the ratio of material to water is 1.2-1.4, the pile is 1.2-1.5 meters wide, 1-1.2 meters high, unlimited length, film-mulched fermentation for 7 days. Turn the pile 2-3 times during this period, adjust the water content to 60%, and bag it. Third, sterilization and culture. Sterilize with diesel oil barrel steam, first make the temperature in the bag reach 100 degrees Celsius, and maintain it for 16 hours, inoculate when the temperature drops to 30 degrees Celsius. Each bag is connected to the cultivated seed 40 grams (wet weight), shaded cultivation, the indoor temperature is controlled at 25 degrees Celsius. The mycelium can grow full in 35-40 days, and continue to be cultured for 40 days, so that the mycelium can reach physiological maturity. During the post-ripening period, there should be moderate light stimulation to promote mycelium kink. Fourth, mushroom production management. The mushrooms are produced in batches after the material bags are cultivated. Fresh sales, the use of bag-free vertical soil-covering cultivation; processing, the use of trapezoidal wall soil-covering cultivation, the temperature is controlled at 8-20 degrees Celsius. Remove the film and grass curtain at night, give low temperature stimulation, and stimulate with scattered light during the day to promote bud appearance. The primordial soybeans in the bag are untied when they are big, the broad beans are opened when they are big, and the table tennis balls are saved when they are big, keeping the temperature at 12-20 degrees Celsius and the air relative humidity at 85% mi 90%. Open doors and windows for 30 minutes every morning and afternoon to keep the air in the shed fresh. Fifth, harvest and processing. It takes 12 days from budding to harvest of Pleurotus ostreatus.
