Key points of management technology of Lentinus edodes in spring
Spring is the peak of Lentinus edodes. Anyang County Agricultural Bureau organizes technical training for technical personnel. For the spring management of Lentinus edodes, mushroom farmers should do the following: first, water spraying management depends on spraying water when the skin of the mushroom tube is slightly dry on a sunny day. Generally, after picking mushrooms in the morning, spray water on the surface of the mushroom tube with a sprayer and cover the film after drying for 30 minutes. Pay attention to do not spray on cloudy and rainy days, do not spray before harvest, and do not spray when the fungus tube is wet. Second, the mushroom bed cover film should be flexibly combined with mushroom picking film ventilation every day, and cover the film after harvest. When the temperature is higher than 20 ℃, both ends of the film will be opened for ventilation, and it will be opened on muggy and rainy days. When the mushroom tube is immersed in water and returns to the mushroom bed, in case of low temperature or cold current attack, cover the film strictly for 3 days to keep warm. When the temperature is higher than 25 ℃, the film is opened and ventilated 2 or 3 times a day. Third, the alternation of dry and wet should be properly exposed and ventilated for 8 hours after picking a tide of mushrooms, spray water on a sunny day and cover the film strictly during the day to rejuvenate the hyphae. It was ventilated for 1 hour after 12:00 at night, which promoted the occurrence of mushroom buds for 3 or 4 consecutive days. Fourth, the mycelium should be cleaned in time after picking a tide of mushrooms, remove the moldy parts of the mushroom tube with a knife, and arrange the fungus tube on the mushroom bed, let it be ventilated and cover the film slightly.
