Last Updated: 2024/11/05, This paper introduces the construction method of outdoor bacterial culture greenhouse with three rows of columns with moderate and high popularization rate, which contains 10000 Lentinus edodes bags and 13000 bags. First, the site selection requires flat terrain, low groundwater level, convenient transportation and close water source. Second, the main materials used in the outdoor culture shed are wooden piles and bamboo poles.

The suitable conditions for the growth of mushroom hyphae are temperature 22℃~26℃, air humidity 60%~65%, good ventilation, darkness or weak light. 1~6 days after inoculation is the period of mycelium germination and colonization. Because the mycelium grows weakly, the temperature of the bag is 1℃-3℃ lower than the room temperature. In order to provide suitable temperature for the mycelium, the room temperature should be adjusted to 28℃~29℃. The room temperature, stack temperature and bag temperature should be measured every day. The bag temperature is mainly used to adjust the room temperature and stack temperature. It is not advisable to move the bacteria bag at this time to prevent miscellaneous bacteria infection. No ventilation or little ventilation for 3 days. 7~10 days after inoculation, hyphae spread into the material, the bag temperature gradually increased, and the room temperature was controlled at 25℃~27℃. After 7 days, start turning piles, and then turn piles once every 7~10 days. When turning the pile, check the mycelium growth and miscellaneous bacteria infection bag by bag. If the bacteria bag missing inoculation or the inoculation hole without bacteria is found, it should be concentrated in other places, the mildew point should be dug out, and the affected part should be smeared with 5%~10% lime water. The culture room should be ventilated 1~2 times a day for about 30 minutes each time. 11~20 days after inoculation, hyphae enter vigorous growth period, all kinds of metabolic activities accelerate, bag temperature is 1℃~5℃ higher than room temperature, special attention should be paid to cooling and ventilation. Control the room temperature to 20℃~24℃ and ventilate for 1~2 hours every day. 20 days after inoculation, oxygen in the bag could not meet the requirements of mycelium growth due to a large number of mycelium growth, and hypoxia became a limiting factor for mycelium growth. The adhesive tape on the inoculation point should be removed in time, or oxygen should be increased by puncturing holes. The first puncture was done when the diameter of hypha circle was 8~10 cm. Use sterilized toothpicks to prick 6~10 holes at the front of mycelium circle, and the hole depth cannot touch the material layer. When the hyphae between the inoculation holes are connected, the second puncture hole oxygenation is carried out with a sterilized sweater needle. When the bag is full of hyphae, use sterilized chopsticks to puncture holes on the whole body of the bag. The number and depth of the holes depend on the temperature and hyphae growth. When the temperature is high, there are many puncture holes and deep puncture holes, and conversely, there are few puncture holes and shallow puncture holes. After removing the adhesive tape or piercing the hole, the mycelium growth accelerates, and the temperature of the bacteria bag will rise abruptly. At this time to increase ventilation, and evacuation of bacteria bags to prevent burning pile. After 30~50 days, the mycelium is full of fungus bags, and the fungus tube can be changed color and physiological mature management. The color change of mushroom tube is a special physiological process of mycelium development and a sign of mycelium maturity. The suitable conditions for the color conversion of the bacteria tube are as follows: temperature 18℃~24℃, air humidity of microclimate around the bacteria tube 80%~85%, certain scattered light and good ventilation conditions. When hyphae grow full bag, should be removed from the shade, in order to increase indoor light. The room temperature shall be strictly controlled at 20℃~24℃, the temperature difference shall not be too large, and less bacteria bags shall be moved. If cultivated in large bags, the time of color transformation and physiological maturity of the fungus tube is 25~30 days, and if cultivated in small bags, the time of color transformation is 10~15 days. In this process, hyphae gradually lodging and secretion of brown pigment, so that the tube from white to brownish red. If the conditions of color transformation are suitable, the color of fungus tube is uniform, the thickness of fungus film is consistent, and the fruiting is neat, the yield is high and the quality is good. If the color is too light or uneven, the quality of the mushroom is poor, and there are many abnormal mushrooms. If the color is too heavy and the bacterial film is too thick, the fruiting is slow and the yield is low.
