There are all kinds of strange animals in nature. Do you know what the respiratory organs of locusts are? For respiratory organs, some breathe through lungs and some through gills, but the respiratory organs of locusts are trachea.

On the left and right sides of the locust's chest and abdomen, there are some small holes that are valves for gas to get in and out of the locust's body, and the place where the gas is really exchanged in the locust is the trachea, so the locust's respiratory organ is the trachea.

Locusts have a large number and tenacious vitality, and can live in various places, most of which are important pests of crops in mountainous areas, forests, low-lying areas, semi-arid areas and grasslands. They may break out in large numbers during severe drought, causing disasters to nature and human beings.

During the breeding season, after mating, the female locust inserts the spawning tube into the soil deep in 10cm and lays about 50 eggs. When laying eggs, the female secretes white matter to form a cylindrical bolt, and then lays the eggs. The development process of locusts is more complex, and it will go through three stages of development: fertilized egg, nymph and adult.
