Red eye trout, also known as red eye, belongs to Cyprinidae, Cyprinidae, Leucisinae, is a valuable wild economic fish in the Yangtze River. Body was long cylindrical, abdominal circle, the rear side of the flat, silver-white body, slightly dark gray back, eyes on the edge of a significant erythema, hence the name red eye.

The red eye trout has strong adaptability, omnivorous, fast growth, lives in the middle and upper layers of water, basically has the same requirements for water temperature and dissolved oxygen as the four major domestic fish, and does not need special requirements such as overwintering, so it is easy to be artificially cultured. Skin-eyed trout meat delicate taste, welcomed by consumers.

We conducted experiments on adult fish culture. The pond area is 4 mu and 7 mu respectively, the water depth is 1.5~2 meters, the silt at the bottom of the pond is about 20 cm, the water inlet and outlet are convenient, and the Yangtze River water source. In late February 2004, the pond water was drained, the pond was cleaned, 100 kg of quicklime was used for disinfection per mu, and the water was filtered after disinfection, and 150 kg of fermented chicken manure was applied per mu.

1. On March 5, the fish species of red eye trout with specifications of 12~14 cm and tail weight of about 30 g were stocked, 3000 fish in No.5 pond, 750 fish per mu, 5500 fish in No.7 pond, 786 fish per mu, and 150 flowers and silver carp with specifications of about 100 g. Before stocking, the fish bodies were disinfected with 3% saline solution.

2. Set the shrimp. The fixed yield of the test pond is only about 400 kg per mu, of which 300 kg is red eye trout and 100 kg is silver carp, so the water quality conditions are relatively good. Shrimp and red eye trout also have similar water quality requirements, which create basic conditions for breeding shrimp, and the propagated shrimp fry also provide natural animal food for red eye trout. 2000~3000 shrimp/kg per mu are stocked about 4 kg.

feed feeding

The feed used is general purpose fish culture combined with floating granular feed, crude protein content of 30%. Feed once a day in the morning and afternoon respectively, the feeding amount is 3%~5% of the weight of the pond fish, the specific feeding amount is subject to the basic eating after 25 minutes of feeding, and the feed is fed at a fixed point, and the feed is fed in a square feeding table surrounded by bamboo. Red eye trout has obvious chasing habits, so it is especially easy to domesticate fixed-point feeding. Generally, it can be contracted from feeding to feeding platform in 3 days.

In addition to feeding floating pellet feed every day, in combination with the feeding habit of red eye trout to eat green feed, keep a certain amount of duckweed in the pond or put in an appropriate amount every day to meet the green feed needs of red eye trout.

water quality management

The transparency of the pool water is basically controlled at 25~30 cm to keep the water quality fresh and fresh. Starting from April, new water will be gradually added to raise the water level, reaching about 2 meters in high temperature season. New water is added every 10~15 days from April to May, 5~10 cm each time, and new water is added every 7~10 days in the high temperature season after June, generally 10~15 cm each time in combination with water quality conditions. And strengthen the management of the water environment, remove weeds in the pool, timely remove debris and bait in the water, maintain the hygiene of the food field, and ensure good water quality requirements.

disease Control

1. Sprinkle chlordiazepam once a month to disinfect water.

2. Use quicklime once every 20 days or so, with an amount of 10 kg per mu.

3. Use microecological agents once every half month in high temperature season.

4. Timely detection and symptomatic treatment of fish diseases have achieved good disease prevention and control effects. During the whole breeding period, only one parasitic disease of Anchorocephalus was found in pond No.7 in the middle of June, and it was treated with avericide immediately, and the effect was very good.

The total yield of fish and shrimp in No.5 pond is 1703.6 kg, with an average yield of 425.9 kg per mu. Among them, red eye trout 302.7 kg per mu, average tail weight 416 g; flower, silver carp 103 kg per mu, average tail weight 710 g; green shrimp 20.2 kg.

The total yield of fish and shrimp in No. 7 pond is 2874.9 kg, with an average yield of 410.7 kg per mu. Among them, red eye trout 291.5 kg, average tail weight 385 g; flower, silver carp 102.2 kg, average tail weight 730 g; green shrimp 17 kg.

The total sales revenue was 78579.94 yuan, including 68277.3 yuan for red eye trout, accounting for 86.9%, 4509.6 yuan for flower and silver carp, accounting for 5.7%, and 5793.04 yuan for green shrimp, accounting for 7.4%. The sales income per mu is 7143.63 yuan, of which 6207.03 yuan (21 yuan/kg) is for red eye trout. The total production cost is 35922.15 yuan, and the cost per mu is 3265.65 yuan (seed cost 888 yuan, feed 1557.65 yuan, pond rent 400 yuan, water, electricity and medicine 220 yuan, others 200 yuan). The total benefit is 42657.79 yuan, and the average benefit per mu is 3877.98 yuan.

1. The combination of natural animal and plant food provided by feeding compound pellet feed mainly with duckweed and shrimp can effectively improve the feed utilization rate and reduce the feed coefficient.
