Golden Pomfret, also known as Pomfret ovum, Pomfret, etc., is one of the valuable marine economic fishes along the southern coast of the family Pomfret. Culture condition
Culture pond is rectangular, north-south direction, pond open to the sun, pond depth of 2 meters, slope ratio of 2.5, sand sediment, pond bottom silt 6 cm 10 cm. The source of water is Jiulong River, which is convenient for drainage and irrigation. The water quality is fresh and pollution-free. The pH is 7.0-8.2, the salinity ranges from 5 to 12 ‰, the content of ammonia nitrogen is less than 0.5kg / L, and the content of nitrite is less than 0.1kg / L.
Pond reconstruction
Ploughing and leveling after exposure to the sun in the dry pond in winter, strengthening and heightening the pond bank, repairing the leakage and collapse of the intake and drainage gates, and removing too much silt. The depth of the pond is 2.5 meters, each pond has an independent intake and drainage system, and the inlet is equipped with a 40-50-mesh screen to prevent wild fish from entering. Four 0.75 kilowatt water wheel aerators are installed in each pool. The built-in area of the pool is 1 to 1.5 mu. After the transformation, 100 kg of raw calcareous water per mu was sprinkled and disinfected in the dry pool.
Seedling release

Apply 100,150kg fermented organic fertilizer per mu, and when the pond water is yellowish green or tea-brown, you can be ready to release fish fry.
2. By the middle of May, when the water temperature reached 20 ℃, 2500 golden Pomfret fry with a body length of 2.5 cm / mu were desalinated. The fry were purchased from Xiamen and first put into a temporary pond for cultivation. The mixed culture of 200 fish fry with a length of 5 cm to 6 cm per mu and 4000 fry with a tail length of 1.5 cm desalinated Penaeus Monodon fry were put into Datang directly. When the seedlings are released, the water in the pond is tea-brown, which is rich in natural bait organisms, with a transparency of 30 cm and a salinity of 80 ‰.
3. The golden Pomfret fry were aerated and aerated for 24 hours in the temporary culture pond. Two days later, the fish were fed to zooplankton or newly hatched Artemia nauplii. One week later, minced surimi was used and 30% powdered eel compound feed was added. All the fish were kneaded into small balls and placed in the feeding pond. Each temporary culture pond was fed 2 times a day, with a daily feeding amount of 1, 000 grams per 10, 000 fish fry. Gradually domesticated to feed with full-price formula feed for golden Pomfret. After 20 days of cultivation, the golden Pomfret grows to 4cm, which can open the temporary culture pond and let the fish species enter the pond.
Culture management
1. Feeding management: the golden Pomfret is fed with a special expanded pellet feed with 43% crude protein content, and the mixed mullet and Penaeus Monodon are not fed separately. Choose different types of feed according to the size of the fish, using raw materials in the early stage, cooking materials in the middle and later stages. The feeding amount is adjusted flexibly according to the climate and water quality, generally less in low temperature, cloudy and rainy days, high temperature in sunny days, about 20 ℃ in water temperature, twice a day, daily feeding amount is 8% 10% pomfret body weight in June to September, when the water temperature is 25 ℃ in June to September, the golden Pomfret eats vigorously and grows fast, feeding 3 times 4 times a day, the daily feeding amount increases to more than 15% of fish body weight, and the feeding amount should be moderately controlled in hot and muggy weather. Avoid overeating golden Pomfret.
2. water quality control: in the early stage of culture, the fish pond gradually added water, adding water 5cm to 10cm every day, and the transparency of the pond water was kept at 30cm. It was not until the pond was 1.5 meters deep that it began to change water gradually, changing water 20cm to 30cm every 2 to 3 days. During the high temperature period, the water level shall be kept above 2 meters, and the amount of water and times of water exchange shall be increased as appropriate. In the middle and later period of culture, with the increase of feeding amount, the pond water accumulates a large amount of residue and excreta, and the aerator should be turned on to increase the organic oxygen consumption of the pond.
3. Daily management: daily management should patrol the pond at least three times in the morning, in the middle and in the evening, observe the feeding of Pomfret, find out the cause of abnormal food intake or dead fish, and deal with the symptoms in time. Often check the inlet filter, remove sundries, timely replace when found damage, pay attention to the change of water quality, find that the pool water deteriorates and add new water in time, turn on the machine twice a day in the early stage of culture, boot for 1-2 hours at noon, boot 3-5 hours before dawn, appropriately increase the boot time in the middle and later stage, and timely start-up to increase oxygen in rainy days and hot and hot weather to prevent Pomfret from anoxic floating head. The golden Pomfret has the habit of gathering and grabbing water. When adding water, the area near the inlet is surrounded by a purse seine to prevent the golden Pomfret from gathering too closely around the inlet, resulting in anoxia and asphyxiation.
